Articles of Incorporation

• File501c3 will prepare the document for you
• State Filing Fee:  $40, $75 to expedite
• State Process Time:  4-6weeks, within 1 week if expedited

State Registration

• Publish a copy of the approved articles in the newspaper of the county of the place of business within 60day after approval of articles.
• File Charitable Organization Registration Form - No Filing Fees

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application - File501c3 will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.
