 Articles of Incorporation

  • File501c3 will prepare the document for you
  • State Filing Fee:  $30
  • State Process Time:  45 days                                                             
  • Expedite Service available for additional fees.

 

  • Statement of Information - file within 60days after approval of the articles.  Filing Fee $20.  Renew filing every 2yrs.

 

Registration with Attorney General of California.

  • File within 30days of receiving first donation.
  • Our Fee to complete: $125  

 

Federal Filing

  • 501c3 application - File501c3 will prepare the document for you
  • Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.

 

State Tax Exemption

  •  Must be filed after 501c3 status has been grated by IRS.  
  •  Our Fee to complete: $50
