• State Process Time:  2 to 3 weeks
• Initial List of Officers- file within 30days after approval of the articles.  Filing Fee $25.  Renew filing every 2yrs.

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application -File501c3 will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.
