Articles of Incorporation

• File501c3 will prepare the document for you
• State Filing Fee:  $25
• State Process Time:  3 weeks
• Annual Report - due on 15th day of 5th month after the end of the taxable year. Filing Fee $10. 

Registration with Attorney General of New Mexico.

• File Attorney General Registration Form
• Attorney General Annual Report Form - Only for those organizations that DO NOT file IRS 990.

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application -File501c3 will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.
