• Register on-line with Secretary of State Charities Division - Charties Registration Forms - Filing Fee $20
• Apply for business & occupation tax exemption - Non-Profit Organization

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application - File501c3 will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.
