Articles of Incorporation

• 501c Filing Services, LLP will prepare the document for you
• State Filing Fee:  $30
• State Process Time:  within 60 business days
• Expedite Service Available
• Statement of Information - file within 60 days after approval of the articles. Filing Fee $20.  Renew filing every 2 yrs.

Registration with Attorney General of California.

• File within 30 days of receiving first donation.
• Our Fee to complete: $275 

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application - 501c Filing Services, LLP will prepare the document for you.
• Filing Fee: $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3 yrs, if not filing fee is $400.

State Tax Exemption

•  Must be filed after 501c3 status has been granted by IRS.  
•  Our Fee to complete: $100
