Articles of Incorporation

• File501c3 will prepare the document for you - call for pricing. 
• State Filing Fee:  $30
• State Process Time:  within 60 business days
• Expedite Service Available
• Statement of Information - file within 60days after approval of the articles.  Filing Fee $20.  Renew filing every 2yrs.

Registration with Attorney General of California.

• File within 30days of receiving first donation.
• Initial Registratin Preparation Fee - $150 

Federal Filing

• 501c3 Application Preparation - File501c3 will prepare the document for you.
• IRS Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.

State Tax Exemption

•  Must be filed after 501c3 status has been granted by IRS.  
•  California State Tax Exemption Form - Our Fee: $50
