• Register Charity On-Line with the Secretary of State

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application -501c Filing Services, LLP will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.

State Tax Exemption

• Form DR 0715 - Must be filed after 501c3 status has been grated by IRS.
