Articles of Incorporation

• 501c Filing Services, LLP will prepare the document for you
• State Filing Fee:  $20 (additional $20 to expedite)
• State Process Time:  2 weeks, 24-hrs if expedited

Registration with Attorney General of Montana

• No Filings are required for registrating the non-profit.

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application -501c Filing Services, LLP will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.

State Tax Exemption

• Submit a copy of 501c3 appoval letter, Articles of Inc. and by-laws to the Department of Revenue of Utah.
