• State Filing Fee:  $30
• State Process Time:  3 weeks

Department of Commerce - Utah

• Apply for Charitable Organization Permit Application - file after 501c3 status is approved.

Federal Filing

• 501c3 application -501c Filing Services, LLP will prepare the document for you
• Filing Fee:  $850 if revenue exceeds $10K/yr over the next 3yrs, if not filing fee is $400.

State Tax Exemption

• No Filings are required state taxes are automatically exempt once 501c3 is approved.
